Booking Procedure If you would like to book Villa Olivia please go to the Contact Us page and complete the enquiry form. We will require Contact Details including email address, dates required and number of occupants.
To secure Villa Olivia please forward a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your booking along with a completed booking form (available on-line or upon request by mail).
Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter and invoice with the balance due date indicated. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks (42 days) before departure.
If your reservation is made less than 6 weeks of departure please forward full payment with your booking form.
Your holiday documents, including a Welcome pack of the property, directions and emergency contact details, will be dispatched to arrive with you no later than 14 days prior to your departure.
How to pay We are happy to accept payment by electronic bank transfer or cheque.
Security Deposit A £150 security deposit is required at the time of booking for protection against the cost of any damage or loss caused by willful or accidental damage by occupants of the party that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be refunded minus the cost of any damages within one week of departure from Villa Olivia.
We ask you to remember and respect the fact that Villa Olivia is privately owned and lived in by the owner’s family for a proportion of the year.
Cancellations Should you wish to cancel a conirmed booking, the following charges apply:
- Cancellation received 6 weeks or more prior to departure: loss of deposit
- Cancellation received 6 weeks or less prior to departure : loss of 40% of total booking.
Christmas, New Year and festival dates Christmas and New Year periods are classed as MID Season.
